Most of these photos have appeared in past zines. Last year someone was painting these animated faces on a number of otherwise dull objects around the city. They even did a window display at Canteen. If 'street art' is supposed to make people take notice of their surroundings and/or improve the visual scenery, then I'd say these accomplish both quite happily.
