Embassy

Besides my zine projects, I also write for the website Embassy. I put together a small piece the other week of a photo tour of my friend Patrick Krzyzanowski's art studio. You can check it out here, and see more of Pat's work here.

Robots, Robots, Robots

Shaun Nystrom is putting on a show in Edmonton, AB next month on the 12th. The theme is robots. I don't really know much about robots, and this is what I came up with for my piece. If you are in or near Edmonton next month, you should go and check it out and let me know how it was.

Beyond Graffiti

There is a really great article on ARTnews entitled Beyond Graffiti; A new generation is making street art that is conceptual, abstract, and even sculptural in nature. It does a great job discussing the merits and shift in street art, and I certainly enjoy the term "post-graffiti".
